A private staircase leads to the Penthouse from the back of the building and at the top of the stairs each room has its own private entrance. Offering the Penthouse Floor as two separate Penthouse Premier rooms has been very popular as it also makes this accommodation available to couples as well as larger groups.
The Penthouse Premier room is the smaller of the two units but still offers excellent, spacious accommodation and great panoramic coastal views. It is separated from the Penthouse Executive unit by a divider to ensure good levels of privacy and has its own entrance and veranda furniture, including chairs and sun loungers.
The Penthouse Premier room is equipped with a four-poster king-size bed, wardrobes and a comfortable sitting area, actually big enough to accommodate one or even two children. There is also room for an extra singe bed. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fan, a Mini Bar, electronic safe, a smart TV with an excellent range of channels (including all sports channels), work desk and a full range of facilities you would expect in top-quality accommodation. The architecture is contemporary with polished titanium floor.
The total size of the Penthouse Floor is 320 sqm with the Penthouse Premier room making up about 100 sqm.
